Important Announcement: KG1 Admissions Now Open Online!
Saint Arsany Language School is excited to announce the opening of student admission for KG1 Grades exclusively online through our official website. To register your child, please read these instructions carefully and follow these steps:

1. Complete the online application form with accurate details.
2. Ensure you upload clear photocopies of the following required documents within the form:
   • Child's Birth Certificate (computer version)
   • A recent personal school photo (4x6 cm) of the child

• The online admission form will be available on our official website from Thursday, May 15, 2025, until Saturday, June 7, 2025, or until all interview appointments are fully booked.
• An email confirming the interview appointment for both the child and parents will be sent to the registered email addresses.
• Please note that we apologize in advance for any inability to change scheduled appointment dates.
• Crucial Note: There are a limited number of openings available in the KG1 stage. We strongly recommend applying to other schools as well to ensure alternative options.

Admission Requirements:

• Applications are open for children aged 5 years old to 5 years, 11 months, and 29 days old, as of October 1, 2025.
• Candidates for admission will be prioritized in descending order of age (oldest to youngest) based on the required number of openings.
• Both parents must hold a university qualification degree.
• At least one parent must demonstrate proficiency in the English language.
• The presence of both parents is mandatory for the English interview.
• On the interview day, your child will spend approximately 45 minutes alone with our teachers to assess their skills and capabilities.
• Please print the application form sent in your appointment email and bring it along with all required physical documents on the interview day.

Required Documents for Interview Day:

A photocopy of the filled application form must be attached with the following:

1. An original copy of the Child's Birth Certificate (Computer Version).
2. Two photocopies of the Child's Birth Certificate (Computer Version).
3. Twelve recent passport-sized photos for the child (with the child’s full name clearly written on the back of each).
4. A photocopy of the Father’s valid National ID card.
5. A photocopy of the Mother’s valid National ID card.
6. A photocopy of the Father’s university graduation certificate.
7. A photocopy of the Mother’s university graduation certificate.
8. A recent proof of residence (e.g., a gas or electricity bill).

• في حالة وفاة احد الوالدين : يقدم مع الأوراق صورة من شهادة الوفاة الرسمية مع الأصل للإطلاع.
• في حالة وفاة الأب (ولي الأمر) : يتم تقديم صورة من إقرار الوصاية التعليمية مع الأصل للإطلاع بجانب صورة من شهادة الوفاة الرسمية مع الأصل للإطلاع.
• في حالة طلاق الوالدين : يتم تقديم صورة من حكم قضائي واجب النفاذ بالولاية التعليمية طبقًا لقانون الطفل وإعمالًا بتعليمات وزارة التربية والتعليم مع الأصل للإطلاع.
• في حالة تعذر حضور الأب (ولي الأمر) : للسفر أو أي سبب آخر، يجب مع تقديم الأوراق تقديم توكيل رسمي عام أو خاص فيما يتعلق بشؤون تعليم الطفل صادر من الأب إلى الأم طبقًا لتعليمات وزارة التربية والتعليم.
• لا يتم إتمام إجراءات التقديم إلا بوجود ولي الأمر (من له حق الولاية التعليمية) أو من ينوب عنه بتوكيل رسمي للتوقيع بنفسه على الأوراق.

P.S: Applications with missing documents will be disregarded without any exceptions.

• Parents are solely responsible for following up on admission results.
• The school is not obligated to return the application form or submitted papers.
• The school is not obligated to return official documents.
• Only the child and parents are permitted to enter the school campus on the interview day.
• The school is not obligated to provide bus service to all students as it is an optional service with limited availability.
• St. Arsany Language School is a co-educational institution for both boys and girls until the secondary stage.
