At St. Arsany School, we believe that a child’s education flourishes best when there's a strong partnership between home and school. You play a vital role in shaping your child’s character and supporting their academic journey. We encourage open communication, shared values, and active participation to ensure every student’s success and well-being.

• Arrival Time: 7:30 AM - 7:45 AM
• Morning Line: 7:45 AM (Primary), 8:00 AM (KG)
• Start of Classes: Promptly after morning line
• Dismissal Time: 2:30 PM (timely pick-up required)

• Meetings with Administration: Schedule via school secretary.
• Teacher Meetings: Two per term, extra upon request.
• Phone Communication: Available during posted LMS hours.
• Website and LMS: Check regularly for updates and progress.

Regular attendance is crucial. Report absences to administration. Frequent tardiness may lead to disciplinary action, and unexcused absences will be followed up.

Students must wear the official school uniform daily, promoting discipline and pride. Uniforms should be clean, well-maintained, and follow school guidelines.

Homework reinforces learning and builds study habits. It’s assigned regularly and must be completed on time. Assessments track progress and highlight areas for improvement.

Reliable school transportation is provided. Ensure your child is ready on time and follows bus rules. Communicate changes in writing to the school.

Discipline emphasizes respect, honesty, and responsibility. Misbehavior is addressed through a structured system focused on correction and character development.

Student safety is paramount. Measures include controlled entry, surveillance, and on-site security. Parents and visitors must sign in and wear badges.

Additional guidelines on trips, events, or changes will be issued as needed. Stay informed through the LMS and school announcements.

Our infirmary, staffed by a qualified nurse, is available all day. Parents will be contacted if a student is unwell. Inform us of allergies or medical conditions.
